I was tasked to be the lead Senior Project Manager on this state of the art diamond producing facility outside of Portland, OR. As the PM, my team and I managed the construction (core and shell through to completion) of this fast paced, high tech, high-end Mission Critical project. The project features over 48,000 sf of laboratory, industrial, clean room, cafeteria and office space with specialty components throughout. Project was valued at over $250M due to extensive mechanical works along with the state of the art manufacturing equipment that went into this project. My responsibilities were to manage the financials, scheduling, immediate superintendent team, facilitate weekly OAC Meetings, and overall project closeout.
