Faena Hotel - Miami Beach

For this massive project I was tasked with executing the punchlist and turnover of the Saxony Hotel rooms and public spaces of this billion dollar resort. With the General Contractor falling behind and celebrities lining up with high profile bookings for opening week, I was called into action to take over the completion of the hotel building located in Miami Beach.  Rapidly mobilizing a high end finishing work force with little to no notice and completing the spaces needed for opening was a very difficult task in which I was able to successfully manage a large team through to completion. The team vigorously executed day and night shifts 7 days a week to hit the targeted completion dates for successful turnover to the hotel. My primary responsibility was to manage the teams and the punchlist for every room and corridor and present to Ownership when completed.
