Single Family Home Construction

This master planned development called Azure, was located on a hill side in San Elijo hills with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and was known as the developers premier community at that time.  Homes ranged from 3500 sf to 4500 sf with a total of 92 homes built in 10 Phases.  My primary role was Construction Project Superintendent.  This community was estimated to be over $200 M for both on site and offsite construction.
