Multi-Family Housing

Larkspur Heights and Calico are two multi-family communities in San Elijo Hills that I managed on behalf of Shea Homes.  Larkspur Heights was a row home style that consisted of 7 units per building.  Calico Bluffs was a blend of row and stacked that consisted of 3 units per building. The community included a community pool & spa, BBQ areas, and tot lot and was estimated at over $100M.

Single Family Home Construction

This master planned development called Azure, was located on a hill side in San Elijo hills with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and was known as the developers premier community at that time.  Homes ranged from 3500 sf to 4500 sf with a total of 92 homes built in 10 Phases.  My primary role was Construction Project Superintendent.  This community was estimated to be over $200 M for both on site and offsite construction.
