Elkwood was a new construction ground up build located in Flagstaff, AZ. This luxury multi-family project consisted of (4) new 4-story apartment buildings (56 units each) at 62,680 sf/building, a 2-story 4,756 sf clubhouse and a 6,000 sf single story commercial building all situated on a 13.65 acre site.
My role was Owner's Construction Manager Representative. In this role I worked with the design consultants to obtain all the project permits (Civil, Landscape, Architectural, Structural, MEP). I also worked daily with the General Contractor covering scopes from civil to CofO. In this daily responsibility I was involved in site walks, change order review, RFI's, Submittals, and monthly billing reviews. I was also the liaison between the site and the city to assure smooth communication and project understanding.
Broke ground in March 2023 and obtained first apartment building CofO Jan 2026.
